It Was For The Purpose Of Rehabilitation When I Met Selfeeling Pilates® .
I Experienced A Spine Compression Fracture Due To Postpartum Osteoporosis And I Was Unable To Take Care Of My Child At All And I Was Worried About My Future And Was At The Bottom Of My Life.

When I Started To Go There For About Half A Year, I Was Improving My Body Little By Little And Feeling Was Getting Better. I Remember That I Was Thrilled To Know That The Training Course Would Begin.

I Had Never Done Any Work Related My Body To.
Still, I Felt I To Close The Confident Of Being Confident That Being Self Feeling Pilates® Would Fit My Body, And I Wanted To Do It Anyway, As I Can Imagine Myself As I’M Telling Others.

Course In The Training , I Addressed Not Only My Body But Also My Heart . By Practicing The Exercises Of Selfeeling Pilates®, A New Sense That Has Never Been Felt Has Been Input Into The Body. It Makes Your Body Easy And You Can Move Easily .

Self-feeling Pilates that forms the foundation of the body


Some of the examples above, I’m delighted that these people can do the exercise they need now, and can advise on how to use their bodies.

Learning continues even now and incorporates knowledge and techniques other than Selfeeling Pilates®. Still, my base is Selfeeling Pilates®, and even if I introduce something new with plus alpha, I have not been shaken from the method of Selfeeling Pilates®.

It has influenced me so much. I feel once again that all the beginning was from the training course .
